Mojito

This rum drink is always a hit! We mix traditional Cuban Highball, White Rum, Lime Juice, and of course Muddled Mint. It is then topped with Soda Water. Finally, it is beautifully garnished.

Cosmopolitan

This drink has been made famous by Sex and The City! This fun and fruity cocktail is made with Vodka, Triple Sec, Cranberry Juice, and Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice.

Whiskey Sour

This whiskey drinks uses a blend of Jameson Whiskey, a dash of Egg Whites, and Sugar Syrup. Finally, it is tastefully garnished with an Orange Zest. You can get that taste of Irish whiskey with an added flare.

Raspberry Collins

This is a spin on the classic gin drink, the Tom Collins. We use Beefeater Gin, Fresh Lemon Juice, and Soda just like the original. Then we add more to make it our own. In addition, we add Raspberry Puree, Limoncello, and Aperol.

Bramble

This refreshing gin based cocktail is bound to quench anyone’s thirst. We use Dry Gin, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup, Crème De Mûre, and Crushed Ice. This lovely drink is served in an old-fashioned glass.
