Their main focus is Business and Self-Empowerment. The conference includes numerous speakers from many different walks of life. They offer inspiration on how to achieve personal success within your own life based on their own successes. After an awful injury, Frankie’s sporting career came to an end in 2009. At this time, the world economy was in rough shape as well. This sparked his idea for the Pendulum Summit. His positive attitude led him to believe that everything happens for a reason. He decided he was going to make something beautiful out of his tragedies. With the help of his family, they founded the Summit in 2013. The initial theme of the Summit was “getting Ireland back on track”. The theme continues to be inspiring everyone to be the best version of themselves possible.

The research behind Pendulum Summit states that one degree of change in each of the five pillars will make a change. Therefore, overtime it will cause large amounts of growth in both individual and business success. The five pillars of success are Self-Empowerment, Authentic Relationships, Leadership and Team Performance, Business Excellence, Professional and Wealth Elevation.

The two-day event brings in more than 6,000 delegates to hear numerous speakers. For example, in the past they have had Sir Richard Branson and Colin Farrell. They have been accompanied by a number of other successful professionals in various field. Therefore, business is not the only job field covered. This year’s Dublin Pendulum Conference is being held on January 8th at 3 Arena.

After that, grab a bite to eat. The Gallery Restaurant gives you a unique experience on the second floor of our building with seating for groups up to 100 people . We also have our Main Bar which can be booked out in larger parties from 10-300. Not only do we accommodate large groups, but we offer a discount to delegates. Make sure to keep your tickets and bring them in with you because we will grant 10% off food for delegate ticket holders.
