Summer is here! Therefore, it’s time to find a drink that hits the spot and brings us that fruity taste in every sip. We have it for you! Aperol Spritz: The Flavor of Summer Aperol is a semi-sweet, slightly bitter, 11-percent-alcohol-by-volume aperitif from northern Italy. Aperol has a strong orange and mandarin orange flavor with a nice balance between a cinchona and gentian bitterness and an easy sugary sweetness. When mixed with Prosecco and a few other ingredients, it makes a perfectly light and bubbly drink.

First, fill a wine glass with ice. Then add equal parts Prosecco and Aperol. Add a splash of soda and garnish with an orange slice. You are done!  You now have an Aperol Spritz. These are best served with finger foods and snack type platters. The Church is right down the street from The Spire. In addition, this is a perfect place to get platters to share with your friends after work at our Thursday Tipples. During this time all Spritzers and Cocktails are priced 2 for 1.  This takes place at our Main Bar every Thursday night.
